Some of you may be wondering whether I fell off the face of the earth or just off my diet. No, nothing like that at all. First, I fell behind on my writing assignments. Then, we had a family emergency that required a couple of evening hospital visits. Somehow, I stopped entering information in my nutrition tracker. I should have just hit reset the minute I fell behind, but I kept thinking that in a day or two, I would have time to get it all caught up.
No such luck.
So, rather than worry about the past few days, I am going to forgo showing my stats this week and just start fresh from here.
I do seem to have hit a plateau on the scale. I weigh exactly what I did a week ago, which is nine pounds less than when I started, but nothing worth jostling the Eastern Seaboard in celebration.
Anyway, I am hitting the reset button on my nutrition tracker and starting fresh tomorrow.
